Our Story.

For Charlie Fabrizio, owning his own business wasn't just a childhood dream. It was the only reality he had ever known. He grew up in a self employed family and knew it was the life he wanted. After Graduating the Diesel Mechanic Program at Utah Valley University in 2004, Charlie bought his first service truck. He started small, working hard and working his way to bigger and better service trucks building a great customer base in Utah County.
In 2011, Charlie and his wife, Morgan, decided to risk it all and move back to their hometown Duchesne in hopes of raising their children to know hard work and a sense of community just like they were raised. They saw the need of an honest, local, and competitive option for diesel engines in the Uintah Basin. Most people were calling service trucks from the Wasatch Front or transporting their equipment to shops miles and miles away. All this add extra cost and time to what can already be a large expense. They bought a piece of land and started the process of building the shop. Charlie literally built his shop from the ground up. Working with Charlie meant knowing your equipment was in the hands of someone who really cared and had immense knowledge to deliver.
Charlie passed away in March of 2022, but his vision lives on through his family and his trusted employees. Charlie trained our lead tech Jimmy for ten years and had full trust in him. Jimmy and the other techs are fully committed to the vision of CF Diesel and we continue to serve the basin in his honor.
